Als Bergf\u00fchrer begleite ich dich auf die H\u00f6chsten Gipfel S\u00fcdtirols aber auch auf die 4000er der Westalpen.<\/p>\n

Hochtouren bedeuted d\u00fcnne Luft aber auch gute Kondition. Eine gute Aklimatisierung und Vorbereitung sind hier wichtig !<\/p>\n

Ber\u00fccksichtige: Um Gefahren auf\u00a0 Hoch- und Gletschertouren, vor allem in Zeiten des Klimawandels, zu minimieren m\u00fcssen Bedingungen,Temperaturen und Verh\u00e4ltnisse stehts beachtet werden. Die ideale Jahreszeit f\u00fcr klassische Touren im Hochgebirge ist mittlerweile Juni bis Mitte Juli. Auch im Sp\u00e4tsommer ( September) sind die Verh\u00e4ltnisse oft nach einigen Schneef\u00e4llen wieder gut. Nordwand oder Eistouren sind meist im Fr\u00fchjahr oder Herbst besser begehbar: Den richtigen Zeitpunkt zu „erwischen“ ist Teil der Herausforderung im Hochgebirge.<\/p>\n

ORTLER NORMALWEG<\/strong><\/h3>\n

Der Ortler, der H\u00f6chste Berg S\u00fcdtirols: F\u00fcr die 4000 meter Marke reichts hier zwar knapp nicht, trotzdem kann der Normalweg auf den Ortler durchaus mit gro\u00dfen Touren in den Westalpen mithalten.\u00a0<\/p>\n

Ausgangspunkt f\u00fcr den Ortler Normalweg ist die Payerh\u00fctte. Diese erreichen wir von Sulden aus mit Sessellift und dann in 2h zu Fu\u00df.\u00a0<\/p>\n

Die Tour zum Gipfel erfordert ca. 4 h. Vorerst \u00fcber Fels und Schrofen mit einigen exponierten Kletterstellen im zweiten Grad. Der zweite Teil der Tour erfolgt \u00fcber dem reltiv milden Ortlerferner bis zum Gipfel. Abstieg \u00fcber die Aufstiegsrouten.<\/p>\n

Gerne f\u00fchre Ich dich und deine Gruppe auf einen der 82 4000er der Alpen. Dabei gibt es f\u00fcr jedes Niveau etwas: Sei es das Allaninhorn oder das Breithorn, geeignet f\u00fcr Einsteiger mit wenig oder kaum Erfahrung im Hochgebirge. Aber auch schwierige und Anspruchsvolle Touren wie zum Beispiel der H\u00f6rnligrad am Matterhorn oder weniger bekannte, aber nicht weniger sch\u00f6ne Gipfel wie z.B. das Obergabelhorn.\u00a0<\/p>\n

Auf der Signalkuppe im Monte Rosa befindet sich die H\u00f6chstgelegene H\u00fctte der Alpen: Capanna Margherita. Hier gibts auch die h\u00f6chste Pizza der Alpen ! Der Aufstieg erfolt von Gressoney aus mit Liftanlagen und anschlie\u00dfen in ca. 1,5 h zu Fu\u00df bis zur Gnifetti H\u00fctte. Hier \u00fcbernachten wir. Der Gipfelanstieg ist technisch sehr einfach erfordert aber eine gute Kondition. Das Ambiente ist spektakul\u00e4r.\u00a0<\/b><\/b><\/span><\/p>\n

Vier Tage durch das Monte Rosa Gebirge. Los gehts in Cervinia. Am ersten Tag klettern wir aufs Breithorn und \u00fcbernachten in der Guide d Ayas H\u00fctte. Weiter gehts \u00fcber Pollux und Castor zur Quintino Sella H\u00fctte. Am dritten Tag \u00fcberschreiten wir die Nase des Breithorn bis zur Gnifetti H\u00fctte. Von hier aus stehen uns f\u00fcr den letzten Tag viele M\u00f6glichkeiten offen bevor wir nach Gressoney absteigen und mit dem Taxi zur\u00fcck nach Cervinia fahren.<\/span><\/p>\n
