Ascenso a la Marmolada: \u00a1acomp\u00e1\u00f1ese de un gu\u00eda de monta\u00f1a! La Marmolada<\/strong> representa dentro de las Dolomitas<\/strong> algo muy especi\u00e1l. Con su Glaciar<\/strong> Se diferencia claramente de los picos vecinos, dominados por la roca. Como pico m\u00e1s alto de los Dolomitas, la Marmolada alberga el \u00fanico glaciar de los Dolomitas. La ruta normal hacia el techo de las Dolomitas pasa por encima de \u00e9l.<\/p>\n

La ascensi\u00f3n por el glaciar de la Marmolada requiere una s\u00f3lida pisada firme y, sobre todo, una buena forma f\u00edsica para dominar sin problemas los 1300 metros de ascenso. Debido al progresivo retroceso del glaciar, las condiciones de la ruta han cambiado notablemente en los \u00faltimos a\u00f1os: Se requiere una cuidadosa selecci\u00f3n de la ruta de subida y planear bien los tiempos de recorido por la subida y bajada de la monta\u00f1a. El glaciar no s\u00f3lo caracteriza el paisaje, sino que tambi\u00e9n determina el car\u00e1cter del recorrido.<\/p>\n

Los pasos cortos en la roca est\u00e1n bien asegurados con una v\u00eda ferrata. Aqu\u00ed, mi acompa\u00f1amiento como gu\u00eda de monta\u00f1a ofrece una seguridad adicional. T\u00e9cnicamente, la ruta sigue siendo moderada, pero no hay que subestimar la longitud del recorrido, la altitud y los peligros objetivos. La arista Oeste de la Marmolada ofrece una emocionante alternativa a la ruta normal. T\u00e9cnicamente es bastante m\u00e1s dif\u00edcil.
